RVTS – How do I nominate/check my data collection start date?

  • In GP Explore on the web you can nominate by scrolling down on the dashboard page to the Mandatory Data Collection section and clicking on ‘Nominate’ in the ‘Weeks nominated’ section. A calendar will appear. You only have to enter the start date as the system will calculate the end date and show it. You can edit this date from the same section by clicking on the pencil icon. 
  • On the app, you can enter the date by pressing on the ‘Week nominated’ section located in the ‘Patients’ section. Again, you only have to add the start date and then click on the ‘Save’ button. The app will calculate the end date and show it.
