In your GP Explore Dashboard click on ‘Add Reflection’ on the left hand pane.
You should complete written reflection after collecting 100 consecutive patients.
The Reflection consists of only 8 questions, please answer all of them.
Once completed click on the ‘Submit’ button at the end of the Reflction to submit your Reflection.
