Burnout Monitoring Tool

The below file is a tool designed to assess whether you are likely experiencing burnout. Importantly, this is not a diagnostic tool – if you are concerned about your current situation, please seek support from a medical or mental health professional. Although some of the questions may seem a little strange, they have been empirically tested against the gold-standard burnout inventory. You may or may not be experiencing the symptoms described in the questions, so please answer the questions truthfully.

The tool is in the form of an Excel workbook – to use it, simply download (Article Attachments below) and open the workbook. Note that the results will only be stored on your computer and will not be shared with GPEx.
